ADULT GROUP PROGRAMS
BOULDERING basics
New to climbing? This is your perfect starting point!
In this small-group environment, you’ll learn the fundamentals of bouldering in a supportive and
fun environment.
Course participants will receive a one-week membership - including free shoe & chalk rentals.
SUNRISE SESSIONS
Join our coach-led morning group classes to start your day strong!
Class: 7 am - 9 am.
Day pass & free coffee included with each session.
MORNING GRIND SESSIONS
Join our coach-led morning group classes to start your day strong!
Class: 10 am - 12 pm.
Day pass & free coffee included with each session.
EVENING SESSIONS

YOUTH GROUP PROGRAMS
BOULDERING BASICS
New to climbing? This is your perfect starting point!

YOUTH GROUP cLASS
Our weekly youth bouldering programs offer fun and engaging sessions (week or week ends), helping build young climbing skills, strength, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Day pass included with each session.
*Starting in the first week of April 2025.
CLIMB TOGETHER CERTIFICATION
Enroll with your 6-7 year old and climb together!
Children under 8 must be supervised by a non-climbing adult (19+), but by completing our Child Certification Course together, you and your child can climb as a team. Book in-person or over the phone. (See FAQs for supervision details.)

Designed with your unique goals and lifestyle in mind, offering personalized monthly plans to building a stronger, healthier you.

MOVEMENT ANALYSIS SESSION
Personalized climbing movement assessment. Get a mobility and strength screening, climbing style analysis, and a customized plan to improve. Walk away with drills and techniques tailored to your goals.

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING
Fully customized group sessions for those looking to build strength, improve technique, refine movement and end with personalized recommendations to keep improving your climbing.
Flexible 1 or 2 hour sessions to fit your schedule.
Book individually or with up to 4 people.
Recommend for youth and adults climbing at a V5 level or below. For more advanced coaching, see our movement analysis sessions.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Sessions: 3hr x 2 per week
Th: 4:30pm – 7:30pm
Su: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Competition: Optional, recommended
Ages 11 - 18

This program brings focuses on building strong technical foundation, refining climbing technique and being part of an encouraging team environment.
YOUTH HIGH PERFORMANCE
Important Details:
Sessions: 3hr x 4 per week.
Competition: Mandatory.
Training: Athletes follow individualized training plans with potential for extra personal work in addition to team trainings.
Disciplines: Bouldering and/or Difficulty.
Categories: Youth C, B, and A.
This program focuses on building a strong technical foundation through a high-volume approach that emphasizes movement variety, cultivates a sense of community within the team, and offers a progressive introduction to competition.
SENIOR HIGH PERFORMANCE
The Senior High Performance Team is for athletes competing on the SCBC, CEC, and IFSC Circuits.
This program combines weekly team sessions with individualized programs to support athletes competing at the highest levels of competition. Coaches lead drills, strength training and competition simulations.
