Everything you need for your First Climb

To make your first visit as seamless as possible, all participants and spectators must sign the waiver and follow the instructions below.

Everyone must have a signed waiver on file. If you are under the age of 19 years old, a parent or guardian must fill out the waiver for you.

Save time! Fill out the adult waiver online. If you are under 19, a parent will need to fill out the youth waiver on your behalf.

How do I get to the gym

We’re conveniently located at 275 10th Avenue, between Main and Kingsway.
Our central location makes it easy to walk, bike, transit or drive.

Nearby transit options include:

  • Bus Routes: #3, #9, #19, and #99.
  • SkyTrain Stations: Broadway/City Hall (Canada-Line), Main St-Science World (Expo-Line), Mount Pleasant Station (Broadway Subway)  *coming soon - 1 min walk away.
Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, every person that climbs or trains at Progression must sign a waiver to enter the facility. If you are under the age of 19 years old, a parent or guardian must fill out the waiver for you.

I don’t own any equipment, can I rent?

Yes, we rent (and sell) shoes and chalk bags.

Can I pay with cash?

No, we accept debit and credit cards only.

What are the supervision guidelines for kids at the gym?

We kindly ask that all parents with 6-7 year olds complete the Climb Together Certification course. Drop-in at the gym weekend evenings from 5-8pm.
