EFT MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION ADULT, YOUTH, STUDENT, FAMILY
Terms and Conditions (ADULT, YOUTH, STUDENT EFTs)
1. Membership Benefits:
Unlimited access to the gym during operational hours.
10% discount on retail purchases (excluding cafe).
10% discount on classes (excluding certain programs).
Starting April 1st 2025, membership holders can invite two first-time users each month.
2. Payment Terms:
Membership fees are billed monthly via EFT from your credit card or bank account.
Recurring memberships begin the day you sign up, and continue indefinitely until cancelled.
Payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
A one-time initiation fee of $99 is required at sign-up, along with a prorated payment for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
3. Membership Freezing:
Freeze Fee: Membership freezes are available for $19 +tax per month, up to a maximum of 4 months annually.
*Family EFT* freeze fees are for each individual accounts.
Request Deadline: Freeze requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the 1st of the month to take effect.
Unfreezing Membership: To reactivate your membership, pay a prorated amount for the current month at the front desk.
No Retroactive Freezes: Freezes cannot be applied retroactively, and refunds will not be issued for past months.
Medical Exemptions: Members requesting a medical freeze must provide a valid doctor’s note indicating the reason and expected duration of absence.
4. Membership Cancellation:
Members may cancel their EFT membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request at least 5 before the next billing date.
No refunds will be issued for partial months.
5. Non-Transferable:
EFT memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the account.
6. Changes to Membership:
Any changes to your membership (e.g., freezing or cancellation) will take effect starting from the next billing cycle, the first of each month.
7. Updates to Policy:
This policy is subject to change. Members will be notified of any updates via email or in-gym announcements.

Terms and Conditions (FAMILY EFTs)
1. Membership Benefits:
Unlimited access to the gym during operational hours.
Discounts on classes, clinics, and retail items (specific discounts will vary).
Starting April 1st 2025, the primary account holder of a family membership will be able to invite two first-time users each month.
2. Payment Terms:
Membership fees for Family EFT is $350.
Primary (adult), Secondary (adult or youth), Youth (age 5-13).
Minimum 3 participants from the same household. Maximum 2 adults.
Each additional youth is $90 for age 5-13y and $115 for age 14-18y.
Dues are billed monthly via EFT from your credit card or bank account.

PREPAID
Terms and Conditions Monthly Prepaid
1. Duration: Prepaid memberships are available in various durations, including 1-month and 4-month (term).
2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
3. Access: Prepaid memberships grant unlimited access to the gym during operational hours for the duration of the membership.
4. Non-refundable: All prepaid memberships are non-refundable.
5. Non-transferable: Memberships cannot be transferred to another individual.
6. Expiration: Memberships expire at the end of the prepaid period.
7. Renewals: Clients may renew their prepaid membership upon expiration.
8. Cancellation/Freezing/Pausing: As prepaid memberships are paid in full upfront, there is no cancellation process. The membership expires at the end of the prepaid period. Prepaid memberships cannot be frozen or paused.
9. Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust membership prices. Any changes will apply to new purchases or renewals only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

General Cancellation:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 2 or more weeks before the program start date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made 1–2 weeks before the start date.
No Refund: For cancellations made less than 1 week before the start date.
Course-Specific Policies:
Adult Courses: Late enrolment is not permitted.
Youth Programs: Prorated late enrolment may be allowed up to the halfway point of the program.
Special Circumstances:
Medical Exceptions: Refunds, extensions, or credits may be granted for medical reasons with appropriate validation. Please contact us for assistance.
Missed Classes and Make-Up Policy
Missed Classes: No refunds, extensions, or make-up classes are offered for missed sessions.
Private and Semi-Private Lessons: These may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice.
Medical Exceptions: Credits may be issued for missed classes due to medical reasons with appropriate validation.
Refunds and Cancellations for courses and programs
Full Refunds: Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the program or course are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refunds: Cancellations made 2-7 days prior to the start of the program or course are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refunds (Less Than 48 Hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the program or course start date are not eligible for a refund. However, customers may transfer their spot to another person at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy: Participants who do not attend a program or course without prior notice will not receive a refund. However, if the gym is notified before the program begins, a one-time credit may be applied to a future program at the discretion of management.
