Senior High Performance Team

The Senior High Performance Team is for athletes competing on the SCBC, CEC, and IFSC Circuits.

This program combines weekly team sessions with individualized programs to support athletes competing at the highest levels of competition. Coaches lead drills, strength training, and competition simulations. 

 

Important Details:

  • Sessions: 2x weekly.
  • Duration: 3-hour each.
  • Competition: Mandatory.
  • Training: Athletes follow individualized training plans with potential for extra personal work in addition to team trainings.
  • Categories: Open to Adult (Jr. & Open)
